Design is the first thing required to start the process. Either client can supply the folder artwork or we can design customer artwork. If client don't have the artwork for thier wholesale folders, they may ask us to provide Template for presentation folders so that they can layout a basic design and send us for modifications.

If color matching is required then we recommend to either go with Pantone colors or order a digital color proof or hard copy press proof for folders wholesale.

Presentation Folder Digital Color Proof is made using digital printer. It is usually printed on 80lb cover stock. Either Matte or Glossy lamination can be used on the proof to predict closest color match to the final product. We don't guarantee 100% color match with color digital proof because digital proof is printed using digital color printer while actual folders are printed using professional offset printing press.

Pocket Folder hard copy proofs are produced using the same method as the final product. So if you want to see how your final product will look you must go with this option. We will produce 1 to 5 hard copy samples using offset printing method and will apply all production phases on it to produce samples of actual finished product. You may have to pay setup charges for these hard copy samples depending on the nature of the Presentation folders type.

Presentation Folder Films & Plates are made using automatic CTP Process. Plates are very important in quality offset printing process. LPI is the unit which measure the quality of printing. Presentation Folders Printing is done using offset method on flat sheet. Usually most of the printers have small printing machines and they only print on the already made white folders. These printers cannot make full bleed folders because they have to print on already produced white folders. Full bleed custom printing can only be done using offset printing method on flat sheets. For 9"x12" Two Pocket Folders, the size of the flat sheet is 18"x23" which runs through our Heidelberg 23"x36" size 6 color machine. We use CMYK and Pantone color inks and our inks are enveiornment/eco friendly. Our printing enveiornment is also very clean to produce best printing results.

Laminated Pocket Folders are best value presentation folders. We use premium quality lamination films on our folders and use pure glue to apply lamination on top of folders. Usually most of the printers don't use pure glue in the lamination process to save cost but end result is not acceptable because lamination comes off easily. We use 100% pure glue in the lamination process and by using that our lamination is very strong and don't come off. It also gives nice smooth matte and high glossy shiney effect.

UV coated Folders are produced by applying clear UV ink on top of printed folders. UV is of two types, Flood UV coating and Spot UV coating. In Flood UV coating, UV ink is applied on the whole surface of the folders and then passed through UV light for quick dry. In spot UV process, clear UV ink is applied on some parts of the folder (according to the design feed of UV effect) and then pass through UV light for quick dry. Usually spot UV process is used on top of matte laminated folders to give spot shiney effects on matte surface. Spot UV is also usually used in combination with embossing to give great 3D effect to custom presentation folders wholesale.

Embossed Pocket Folders gives great 3D effect for high tech folder designs. In embossing process, blocks are created with the help of automated process in which computer generated design is imposed on the block which raises certain area of the block those are to be imposed on the card. Once the embossing block is ready, then it is applied on the individual sheets using die cutting machine. Embossing can be done in multiple raise level to create beautifull 3D effects.

Foiled Pocket Folders are produced using foiling process in which foils of different colors are applied on the specific area of the card stock. In foiling process, first blocks are created using computer generated artwork. Then foils are stamped on to the card with the help of blocks and heating method. In this method, certain area of the block is heated and applied on to the foil which stamps that area onto the card stock and creates great foil stammping effect.

Pocket pasting for Presentation Folders are done using automatic pasting machine. We use high quality glue in pasting process which secure pockets.

Re-inforced edges in pocket folders are done with the help of die cutting and pasting process. In this process, edges of the folders are extended by 1 inch and the scored and pasted back to folder inside. The purpose of the re-inforced edges is usually to make folders wholesale strong.
