Folders Wholesale was created with the philosophy to build the gap between small and big businesses. Custom folders are very expensive to produce in short runs. Usually Small businesses at the start don't have budgets to order thousands of customer folders for their presentations. In order to fill this gap between small and big businesses it was necessary to offer short run cutom presentation folders at low cost so that they can afford presentation folders. We were able to reduce costs on short runs because of setup cost reduction. We believe in customer relationship and do the setup for Free for initial orders and then make money when customer re-order with us.

Printing Process - Presentation Folders Wholesale

We have heidelberg print master 6 color machines for folder printing. Its an automatic machine which prints 6 colors at the same time. Our folder printer is calibrated to its maximum output and quality printing. We also have an automatic folder gluer which glue the custom pockets of the folder with high speed and accuracy.

After printing, our presentation folders wholes goes into Lamination / Finishing process. We also have automatic setup for finishing where folders are die cut and laminated. After finishing process, our pocket folders goes into Quality department where each and every folder batch is checked and bad pieces are eliminated.

Packaging & Shipping

We carefully pack our folders in heavy duty corrugated shipping boxes so that they don't get dented during shipping process. Our shipping department is fully committed to serve our clients in best possible way. We use UPS & FedEx for our presentation folders shipment. Once the orders are shipped, our shipping department send confirmation emails to our clients along with tracking numbers so that customers can track their packages online.
